  3. Heart Chakra Compassion Practice: Place your hands over your heart. Breathe deeply into this area and imagine a green light expanding with each breath. Think of a person or situation you wish to send love to, and visualize this light extending outward. Affirm, “I am love. I forgive and heal.”

  4. Throat Chakra Expression: Sit quietly and focus on your throat. Visualize a blue light glowing here. As you breathe, hum softly to stimulate your throat chakra. Affirm, “I speak my truth. I communicate with clarity and confidence.”
